IT Support Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to provide effective IT assistance to our staff.

Duties

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues
  • Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Assist with network administration tasks
  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
  • Utilize ServiceNow or similar tools for ticket management

Experience

  • Proficiency in GPO (Group Policy Objects) configuration
  • Strong ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network fundamentals
  • Experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently
  • Previous experience in a help desk or IT support role would be advantageous

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $24.99 - $27.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
