As a Home Consultant with Clayton, you will be creating a world class home buying experience by assisting customers in identifying a floor plan, selecting options, and coordinating the construction process. Today we build, sell, finance, and insure our homes from coast to coast.What You’ll Be Doing:You will be responsible for engaging with the customer and guiding them through the home buying experience by:• Marketing and prospecting through various platforms• Following up with leads to schedule appointments• Presenting product and design options• Assessing customers financial qualifications• Guiding customers through financing options and processes• Educating customers through the construction processWhen You’ll Be Doing It:• 5-day work week, Saturdays required• Closed on Sundays, one day off during the weekCompensation:• You will receive a base salary of $50,000• Lucrative commission plan and incentive opportunities• Additional per unit bonus opportunities• Quarterly Teamshare bonus opportunityTraining: As a Home Consultant you will go through a 5-week training program focused on product knowledge, terminology, technology, and other Clayton processes.
