What does your day look like? Well, you’ll set the strategy for your agency patch, take ownership of revenue growth, and collaborate with your team to craft bespoke account plans suited to each agency. You will be building and enhancing relationships with senior agency stakeholders – think Managing Partners and Business Directors, ensuring that you’re the trusted voice in the room. Helping your team thrive is also key, guiding them to confidently engage with agency briefs and grow their own successful partnerships.
