Talent Acquisition Coordinator
CLEAR is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our rapidly growing Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will enhance the candidate experience and improve the efficiency of our hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting support including job postings and scheduling interviews
- Facilitate interview processes and maintain candidate communication
- Act as an ambassador for the Recruiting team, promoting best practices
- Drive a high-touch candidate journey alongside recruiters
- Contribute to team metrics through effective scheduling
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
