Business Intelligence Manager
Click Learning is looking for a highly skilled and strategic Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives, developing data strategies, and overseeing the implementation of BI solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization.
Your expertise will drive data-driven insights that support the growth of our educational programs. You will lead a team of BI analysts, collaborating with cross-functional departments to transform raw data into actionable intelligence that improves performance and fosters innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and analytics requirements.
- Design and develop BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate business insights.
- Oversee the integration of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Monitor BI trends and technologies, recommending solutions to improve data analysis capabilities.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives by providing actionable insights that drive strategic growth.
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to enhance data literacy across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading BI projects and managing a team of analysts.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and SQL for data manipulation.
- In-depth understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in data governance, data quality, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
