We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Development Representative to join our dynamic team in the equipment financing industry. As an MDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales pipeline by responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, understand their equipment financing needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Clicklease. You will collaborate closely with both sales and marketing, leveraging your excellent communication skills to articulate complex financing options in a clear and compelling manner. A keen understanding of the MDR/SDR/BDR motion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Compensation: $40,000 + Uncapped Commission

Your Responsibilities:
Take ownership of lead qualification and actively engage with prospective partners, fostering meaningful connections to drive successful outcomes.
Conduct thorough research to identify and prospect potential partners using a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, and strategic social outreach, with the objective of arranging product demos for our Account Executives.
Skillfully articulate the company's value proposition to potential partners, ensuring a clear and compelling understanding of our offerings.
Demonstrate meticulous use of our CRM platform (Salesforce.com) to capture pertinent data, maintain comprehensive and accurate notes, and facilitate seamless communication within the team.
Innovate and implement creative strategies for targeting decision-makers within prospect accounts, aiming to secure demos and positively impact company revenue.
