What You’ll Do: 

  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads - NO MORE COLD CALLS!

  • Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives

  • Collaborate with our sales teams to cultivate opportunities for customer growth

  • Handle both inbound and outbound communication, expertly coordinating free in-home consultations

  • Represent our offerings with enthusiasm and expertise, providing top-notch service to new and existing clients
