Senior Producer
Cloud Chamber is looking for a Senior Producer to lead multidisciplinary teams in developing AAA games. The company values diversity and collaboration.
Skills
- 7+ years in AAA game development
- Experience with outsourcing or co-development teams
- Proficient in Jira and various productivity tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Establish processes and pipelines for project development
- Drive communication between internal and external teams
- Manage deliveries, milestones, and sprint deliveries
- Monitor multi-discipline capacity and ensure adherence to project management methodologies
- Facilitate project reviews and manage inter-dependencies
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
