Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician in Columbia, SC. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, field service, and customer service tasks related to low-voltage systems technology. This role involves regular on-site work to support and maintain various systems.

    Education And/or Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience and some management/supervisory or lead experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills

    • Field Service and Customer Service abilities
    • Experience in maintenance of low-voltage systems
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
