Since our inception in 2012, we've evolved into a powerhouse generating over $120 million in annual revenue, serving a diverse clientele from small businesses to global brands. As an Account Manager at Cloudinary, you'll play a vital role in nurturing existing client relationships and driving new growth opportunities. Your focus will be on understanding clients' business objectives and challenges, enabling you to effectively position Cloudinary's innovative solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional service, identify upselling opportunities, and monitor client performance metrics, ultimately ensuring our clients’ success. Ideal candidates will have over five years of account management experience, a solid background in SaaS, and a strong understanding of cloud technologies. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. A knack for independent work in a fast-paced environment while being a team player is crucial.
