As an Ombudsman Analyst I in São Paulo, you'll be part of one of the fastest-growing fintechs on the planet. Our team is known for working hard and delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will receive and monitor customer demands and interface directly with clients through various communication channels. You will be drafting responses to official Citizen's Demands Registration Systems and managing administrative needs alongside our legal partners. This position requires excellent communication skills in Portuguese and intermediate English, as well as a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities. You'll collaborate with other teams, offering advice and support regarding customer situations. If you’re a fast learner who loves technology and is adaptable in a fast-paced environment, you may be the perfect fit for our team. Prior experience in consumer law and conflict mediation would be a plus, but what we value most is your eagerness to learn and apply innovative solutions in your daily work.
