Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis & Accounting:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and projections.

  • Lead the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decisions and business planning.

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.

  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.

  • Collaborate with external auditors and manage the audit process.

Strategic and Company-Wide Planning:

  • Drive the company-wide planning process, including the development of strategic initiatives and goals.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine and implement the company’s strategic plan.

  • Oversee the development and tracking of OKRs and other performance metrics.

Investor Relations:

  • Prepare and present financial reports and updates for investors.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and achieve business goals.

  • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations and communications.

Special Projects:

  • Lead and manage special projects that have a significant impact on the company's strategic direction.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Skills you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, private equity, or a related role.

  • Experience working in startups, preferably in the fintech sector.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Knowledge of accounting is a plus.
