Position Summary
The Account Associate is responsible for supporting the sales process for Coalfire’s recurring revenue through renewing and upselling on a set of accounts known as a territory. This person will cultivate strong partnerships internally to support the execution of internal processes related to the sales cycle. In addition, responsibilities will include in person, e-mail and phone-based customer discussion throughout the sales cycle.

This remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the U.S. while supporting our sales process by managing renewals and upselling across a designated territory. You'll be integral in cultivating internal partnerships and will dive into customer communications via email, phone, and in-person discussions. Your primary responsibility involves managing Salesforce to track customer opportunities and generate relevant reports. Collaborating closely with service lines, you’ll be tasked with managing the full sales cycle for renewals on assigned accounts. As you engage with clients, you'll monitor expiring agreements and ensure timely actions for renewals, while also meeting performance metrics and quotas. Your skills will shine as you handle inquiries about quotes and pricing, allowing you to enhance Coalfire’s relationships by identifying and addressing broader client security needs through additional service sales.
