The details: Our Communications Intern will support our Comms team, who work hard each day to manage the external positioning of Axios, our executives, and newsroom. You’ll learn foundational skills of a communications professional including how to develop and update media lists, research and vet media outlets and speaking opportunities, and book our reporters on TV and radio. In addition, you’ll see how a comms team manages its day-to-day responsibilities, while responding to numerous inbound media requests and an ever changing news cycle.

Pay rate for this role is $17/hr and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation benefits.
