This role maintains relationships with external organizations and keeps up with sourcing technologies to help the rest of the Talent Acquisition team target a diverse pool of qualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesDevelops relationships with hiring leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to understand staffing needs and requirements.Utilizes various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.Fosters and maintains relationships with professional organization, community agencies, and colleges to find diverse, qualified candidates.Develops a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings to fill the organizations' needs quickly and effectively.Stays up to date with industry trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing initiatives and to be a competitive force in the marketplace.Performs other duties as reasonably required or assigned.QualificationsEDUCATION:Required: Bachelor's DegreeEXPERIENCE:Required: 5 years of experience in recruiting with focus on sourcingLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
