Talent Acquisition Specialist - Health and Wellness - (Remote)

We are seeking a proactive and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, playing a vital role in shaping our organization’s growth and success. In this role, you will focus on attracting, recruiting, and selecting top talent, ensuring we onboard individuals who align with our values and drive our mission forward. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from crafting compelling job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and supporting hiring decisions—while building a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future organizational needs.

The main responsibility of this role will be Talent Acquisition. However, it will also involve being part of the Human Resources (HR) team to assist with important functions such as onboarding, managing the HRIS, and handling administrative tasks, all of which contribute to a smooth employee experience. By collaborating across departments, you will help foster a positive workplace culture that values employee satisfaction, long-term development, and operational excellence.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the HR Manager and will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s recruitment and HR processes run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal recruiting initiatives
  • Recruit a variety of levels and professionals utilizing the ATS, social media, search techniques, professional networking, and relationship-building
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners to meet talent acquisition goals 
  • Develop and expand Stingray Direct’s talent pipeline, including proactive talent sourcing and poaching
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for candidates & support communications
  • Conduct a high volume of initial screening interviews to assess candidates fit
  • Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling video interviews for other hiring team members
  • Utilize Workable ATS to track candidates and manage applicant pipelines
  • Oversee the management and upkeep of the careers page and other job boards
  • Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, from initial kickoff to final offer
  • Manage candidate experience through a first-class recruiting and hiring process
  • Articulate the firm’s total compensation plan, benefit plans, and overall culture to attract and assess talent
  • Stay current with overall recruitment trends and HR best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/HR
  • Must reside in California
  • Human Resources experience is highly desired
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as TriNet or Rippling
  • Familiarity with ATS such as Workable & LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication with all levels in the organization
  • Working knowledge of hiring best practices, policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Excellent organization skills, including calendar and schedule maintenance
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and Google Suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Competitive Salary $90,000 - $110,000/yr (based on experience)
