OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Sourcer Senior works closely with hiring leaders to develop and implement proactive and innovative sourcing strategies that align with the organization's critical staffing needs. As a Brand Ambassador, the positions plays a key role in maintaining consistency in the employer brand to attract a diverse pool of top talent. Working under very limited supervision, the role focuses on cultivating a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs, as well as ensures an exceptional experience for both leaders and candidates through effective and timely communication, displaying commitment to the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer Senior contributes to the overall success of the talent acquisition function and helps drive the organization's growth and success.ResponsibilitiesDevelops a comprehensive understanding of staffing needs.Executes proactive and cost-effective recruitment/sourcing strategies to target a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques such as social media, internet and database mining. Builds relationships with professional organizations, community agencies, colleges, and schools to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions.Utilizes all available resources to identify passive candidates, including making cold calls to present career opportunities at Cone Health to candidates who may not be actively seeking a career change.Provides informed recommendations through comprehensive candidate presentations for Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and/or hiring leader review, ensuring alignment with job and organizational requirements.Recommends the best media sites for job postings and manages related contracts, while continuously seeking new sites, organizations, or methods to promote positions, maintaining and reporting metrics for site results to measure effectiveness.Conducts structured screening and assessment processes to ensure applicants meet both job and organizational requirements, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in the application tracking system.Serves as a key contact for referred candidates, identifying best fits and providing guidance on the recruitment process.Demonstrates a commitment to professional development by staying updated on industry trends and best practices through continued education, literature searches, networking, webinars, and professional association meetings.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsEDUCATION:Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.EXPERIENCE:Required: 3+ years of full cycle Talent Acquisition and sourcing field required. Application Tracking experience. Intermediate or advanced level experience using electronic media, social networking, internet research, candidate mining and professional organizations to source candidates and build talent pipelinesPreferred: Healthcare industry experience.
