Hotel General Manager

As the General Manager of the hotel, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the property, creating a positive environment for all co-workers and guest and delivering best-in-class service to ensure satisfaction and guest experience.Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):Meet all budgetary, cost, and other financial objectives established for the hotel.Directly supervise assigned managers by selecting training.Ensures service programs are in place and executed.Prepares for QA audits.Develop leadership skills within team.Prioritize the safety and security of all guests, co-workers, and hotel assets.Ensure superior maintenance, repair and improvements of all building equipment and grounds.Direct the current and future marketing activities.Preforms other duties as assigned.Important Areas of Expectations:Hilton or Marriott experience.Proven leadership experience.Solid understanding of sales and revenue management.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a history of top-notch customer communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).EOEJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• AD&D insurance• Dental insurance• Employee discount• Health insurance• Life insurance• Paid jury duty• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• Monday to Friday• Weekends as neededExperience:• Hospitality management: 1 year (Required)Ability to Relocate:• Camillus, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
