Job Title: HRIS SpecialistLocation: RemoteSalary: $60,000Reports To: HR System AdministratorJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS, primarily ADP Workforce Now (WFN, and others like WFM and Halo Ticketing System. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with the HR System Administrator to support HR processes, enhance data integrity, and provide analytical insights to drive decision-making.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and update the Workforce Now (WFN) (WFM)HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.• Troubleshoot HRIS issues, process Halo HR Tickets, and serve as a point of contact for user inquiries.• Manage the administration of Halo HR ticketing system• Enter ticket to troubleshoot ADP issues and keep users updated.• Assist in onboarding new affiliates, uploaded bulk data in system.• ADP Custom Reporting.• Document HRIS processes, guidelines, and training materials for users.• Build SOP Library.• Stay current on HRIS best practices and industry trends to recommend improvements.• Support data migration and integration efforts between HRIS and other organizational systems.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.• 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration or related role.• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or ADP Workforce Manager.• Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis.• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR and other departments.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Employee assistance program• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Health savings account• Life insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Monday to FridayWork Location: Remote
