If you’re a Talent Acquisition Professional, we have an exciting opportunity to help be a part of this growing Talent Acquisition team. We are on a journey to define and build best in class recruiting from the ground up. This is a hybrid-based role and requires experience recruiting for diverse roles within the aerospace, industrial or similar industries.This role is focused on recruiting Operations or "touch labor".What you will be doing• Screen applicant resumes and develop a candidate pool for pre-screen interviews.• Uses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates.• Facilitate scheduling of intake meetings, recruiting update meetings and interview debriefs.• Manage recruitment process and applicants consistent with regulatory and record keeping requirements.• Perform targeted candidate searches increase applicant flow via internet job boards, employee referrals, local advertising and social networks.• Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner.• Performs market analysis to develop appropriate search strategy.• Work in partnership with Sr Talent Acquisition Partner and Business Area HR Partners to ensure alignment in the recruiting process.What We Are Looking For• 0-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter• Strong problem solving, influencing and partnership skills required.• Proven track record with balancing priorities, delivering to timelines and managing a workload.• Aerospace, Industrial or Manufacturing industry experience preferred.• Bachelors degree in Arts/Sciences preferred.Application window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.This information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
