Human Resources Business PartnerWe are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee critical HR functions within our retail store. The HRBP will serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and management, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and workers' compensation. Key responsibilities include enforcing company policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and supporting performance evaluations. Additionally, the HRBP will maintain personnel records, manage benefits enrollment, and drive HR process improvements to enhance overall store efficiency.The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check. A bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five (5) years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment, retail experience preferred but not required. The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, the HRBP must be proficient in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while fostering teamwork and collaboration within their store and with the entire organization.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:• 8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
