We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our client’s Human Resources team.Salary/Hourly Rate:$24/hr – $25/hrPosition Overview:The Recruiting Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.• Candidate Communication: Serve as candidates’ primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and addressing any inquiries.• Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is properly documented.• Pre-Employment Checks: Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings as required.• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation schedules.• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:• Previous experience in a recruiting or HR support role is preferred.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Education Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Benefits:• Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).By applying to this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, and/or emails from Atrium and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
