Join our dynamic Field Finance team at Contentsquare, where you'll play a critical role in optimizing financial performance through close collaboration with our Go-to-Market (Sales), Customer Success, and Marketing & Partnership teams. Our team of over 10 finance executives, located in both Europe and the US, is dedicated to driving financial excellence, strengthening business partnerships, enhancing processes and systems, and fostering cross-team collaboration and professional development.


We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in finance functions, financial planning and analysis, or controlling. However, we also welcome proactive entry-level candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who are eager to put their theoretical knowledge into practice.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with Budget owners to support strategic decision-making focused on both top and bottom lines.
  • Consolidate business and financial data.
  • Develop financial models and dashboards to monitor financial performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Assist with financial planning and forecasting, participating in booking forecast calls.
  • Perform deal validation for elements under Finance approval ownership (e.g., payment terms) and provide guidance to sales and dealdesk on Booking Rules.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or other stakeholders.
  • Drive the commissions calculation validation process for various roles.Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
  • Collaborate closely with other Finance areas and key internal stakeholders (Go-to-Market, Customer Success, and Marketing & Partnerships).


Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in finance functions, financial planning and analysis, sales operations or accounting
  • Basic knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and manage numerous simultaneous priorities.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.


$106,000 - $116,000 a year

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual base salary of $106,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found below.
