About the Role

We are seeking a GTM Finance & Operations member to join the Finance team at Ramp. In this role, you will be a key partner to our go-to-market (GTM) teams, providing financial and operational expertise and guidance to influence strategic decision-making.

As we continue to grow, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial and operational data, building models and forecasts, delivering insights to drive informed business decisions across revenue goals, and scaling our revenue operations machine. This role will work closely with Sales, Data, Marketing & Growth, Product, and cross-functional leadership to drive mission-critical projects across the company.

Reporting to the Manager, GTM Finance and Operations, this role demands an individual who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. What You’ll Do

  • Lead modeling, forecasting, and planning for cross-functional teams, ensuring highest quality and accuracy while balancing organizational tradeoffs

  • Identify and develop KPIs; build dashboards and analyses to monitor and drive performance management

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to influence GTM stakeholders on key strategic and GTM decisions, leveraging expert understanding of the company's financials and operations

  • Analyze and advise on improvements in the sales operational process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity

  • Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Data, Marketing & Growth, Product to drive growth and value creation

What You Need

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Revenue Operations/Finance at top-tier technology company

  • Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external partners

  • Excellent financial modeling and quantitative / data analysis skills

  • A “get things done” mentality; you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy

Nice to Haves

  • Expertise with BI, SQL, and/or Python

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, with a working knowledge of key tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
