Job Description
- Supervising the storage activities in the spare parts warehouse (internal /external locations) and improving current processes;
- Supporting the warehouse team with operational tasks and with the interaction with other departments;
- Operates and ensures the optimal operation of the transport equipment, knows and respects regulations in force in the field of handling elevators between shelves, pallet trucks and forklifts.
- Performing operational activity in the goods reception and goods issue;
- Responsible for quality of the inputs in the SAP material database. (inventory stock records, good received and good issue, history, consumption of consignments and suppliers, minimum stock).
- Unloads, identifies and receives supplies, new and repaired spare parts in SAP, checks it against the system.
- Responsible for inventory management.
Qualifications
- SAP Knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- basic English language knowledge
- Previous experience in logistics
- ISCIR authorization (valid)
- High-school studies, University degree represents a plus
