Job Description:
Likewize is searching for a Continuous Improvement Business Analyst to join our team at our global Headquarters in Southlake, TX.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing best-in-class analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities, including close collaboration with supporting departments to deliver exceptional customer experience for existing client programs.
This position offers you the opportunity to play a key role in our growth and transformation globally.
This individual contributor will execute best-in-class analysis and continuous improvement project management, that focuses primarily on consumer mobile phones, tablets, wearables and home technology.
Under moderate supervision, this contributor will manage and be accountable for all aspects of analytics & continuous improvement initiatives for their assigned projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyze data to identify customer experience issues, trends, and root causes.
Work cross-functionally to identify solutions and manage/implement continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational and technical processes, increase efficiency and reduce client/customer issues and escalations.
Support KPI management for assigned clients, ensuring performance aligns to and meets/exceeds KPI’s, client SLA requirements, and policies.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, customer experience, and/or continuous improvement in a high-tech electronics, repair, or extended warranty/insurance industries.
Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio and SQL.
Demonstrated experience as follows:
Implementing policies and procedures.
Executing multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicating internally to a limited audience.
Moderately complex technical expertise.
Basic mobile phone industry knowledge.
Basic strategic execution of functional strategy with supervision.
