About the Role

As an IT Clinical Systems Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our clinical staff and IT systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support for CPSI/TruBridge and eClinicalWorks systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Acting as a liaison with EHR vendors' technical support.
  • Performing routine system maintenance and participating in on-call coverage.
  • Assisting in maintaining system security and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations to implement Team Prioritization Items
  • Maintaining CPSI and eClinicalWorks employee and departmental security levels.
  • Provides CPSI or eClinicalWorks training and education to individuals and/or groups in formal or informal settings.
  • Provide data manipulation, reports and analysis to various levels of staff.
  • Gathering annual data for MIPS reporting requirements and implementing new required systems such as electronic case reporting (ECR).
