Job Description

· Lead the design, development, and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

· Collaborate with HR leadership and key stakeholders across the business to identify program needs, objectives, and success metrics.

· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for HR programs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.

· Oversee the implementation and execution of HR programs, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or obstacles that arise.

· Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.

· Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of HR programs to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.

· Partner with HR business partners and other functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR programs with broader organizational initiatives.

· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR programs, and incorporate relevant insights into program design and execution.

· Serve as a subject matter expert on HR programs, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues, managers, and employees as needed.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent

· 5+ years of progressive experience in HR program management or related roles.

· Proven track record of successfully leading projects, including design, implementation, and management of HR programs in a complex organizational environment.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Ability to think critically, analyze and visualize data, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus. Full-time* team members receive** medical, dental and vision benefits Full-time* team members receive** medical, dental and vision benefits starting day 1. Other benefits include PTO, paid holidays, FSA, life insurance, LTD, STD, 401k, EAP, discount programs, tuition reimbursement, training, and professional development. 

*Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. **Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.
