IT Project Manager (Guadalajara, Jal)

As IT Project Manager, your objective will be to lead software development projects in our company. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the required quality. You will be the main point of contact between the software development team, the business team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate software projects from start to finish.
  • Define project scope, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage the project budget and ensure that expenditures are within the forecast. Identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure that the software development team follows best practices and complies with quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, issues and risks to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that the project meets their requirements.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and other third parties.
  • Provide project reporting and analysis to management.

  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
