Project ManagerPosition OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to coordinate with various teams and clients effectively.Key Responsibilities• Lead and coordinate project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.• Manage customer relationships to ensure project expectations are met and maintained.• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.• Conduct negotiations with clients and sub-suppliers to secure project resources.• Prepare and present project specifications and engineering drawings to stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with air permitting and regulatory requirements for fuel-fired equipment.• Utilize project management software (MS Project, SAP) to track progress and manage resources effectively.• Facilitate communication between multicultural teams and ensure alignment on project goals.• Provide troubleshooting support for mechanical and electrical issues related to project execution.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.• PMP Certification is preferred.• Proven experience in project management within industrial or municipal applications.• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and thermal systems.• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD).• Experience with budgeting, profit margin management, and project coordination.• Ability to manage sub-supplier relationships and negotiate terms effectively.• Familiarity with engineering design concepts and project specifications.• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude.Benefits• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance• Life and AD&D Insurance• Dependent Life Insurance• Short & Long Term Disability Insurance• Health Care & Dependent Care Reimbursement Account• 401K Plan• Paid Vacation Time• Paid Holidays• Educational Reimbursement• Smoke-free & Drug-free Work Environment• Employee Assistance Program• Temperature controlled shop facility, plus more&Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
