When information is missed, or risk is high, it offers nudges and prompts to help steer the dialogue back on the right path. The Clinical Marketing Lead will be pivotal in shaping and executing Corti’s clinical marketing strategy throughout the United States. 

The role will focus on building strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers such as Chief Medical Officers (CMO), Chief Information Officers (CIO), as well as end-user HCPS. Furthermore, our GTM will require that we similarly influence decision-makers within the EHR (Electronic Health Record) and HIS (Health Information System) sectors. Your work will ensure Corti is recognized as the trusted partner across these regions.

Initial key responsibilities will include;

  • Develop and implement a targeted clinical marketing strategy for Corti’s US markets.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and clinical teams to create marketing campaigns that resonate with key healthcare organization decision-makers.

  • Deeply understand and map out the key players within the EHR and HIS sectors across the United States, and tailor campaigns to effectively engage this audience.

  • Adapt Corti’s global marketing message to fit the regulatory and cultural contexts of your region, ensuring relevance and compliance.

  • Identify and engage with key publications and thought leaders to build brand credibility and awareness among healthcare decision-makers.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have;

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare marketing, with a deep understanding of EHR and HIS markets.

  • Proven ability to work with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, particularly CMOs, CIOs, and leaders in the EHR and HIS sectors.

  • A strong knowledge of the USA healthcare landscape.

  • Proficiency in creating localized campaigns that meet regulatory and cultural requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including remote collaboration

  • Successful launch and optimization of clinical marketing campaigns focused on engaging key healthcare decision-makers.

  • Increased brand recognition and trust within the healthcare sector.

  • Achieving KPIs tied to lead generation, engagement rates, and conversion within key healthcare organizations and EHR/HIS institutions.
