The Product Marketing Manager – Website Content is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content on the website in collaboration with marketing, product, sales, and support teams. This role is responsible for overseeing writing, editing, and publishing webpages and maintaining and updating content on website. This is a key member of the product marketing team, working closely with product marketing leads, product managers, legal, sales and demand generation to enhance a company’s credibility and customer-base.Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Work closely with product marketing managers, product managers, legal, and sales to update or build webpages to support launches and/or marketing campaigns.• Monitor Group (parent company) website and identify webpages that are relevant for the US website; work with dev team to bring webpages into US website• Edit, write and/or rewrite content to be US relevant and US focused.• Monitor webpages and update content to ensure it's current and relevant. Identify redundancies in the website content and update as needed.• Working with Product Marketing team, develop and implement website content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and brand guidelines.• Analyze user engagement and traffic data and make recommendations to improve content and user experience.• Use SEO tactics to optimize content and maximize search rankings• Monitor, track, and report on the competition’s website and online activities• Work with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure consistent brand messagingMinimum Requirements• Strong written and verbal communication skills adept at the "less is more" approach to writing; innate ability to communicate clear and compelling messages using minimal words• Has a deep understanding of client and prospect needs and can effectively tailor content to address those needs• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive marketing initiatives• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.• 4+ years of experience in a product marketing or partner program capacity• Experience with SEO optimization• Nice-to-have experience with Drupel.• Excellent writing and communications skills• Candidates must be willing to provide samples of their written work product.• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office. Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)• Ability to work in a matrixed organization (with product management, corporate and demand marketing, sales, and external consultants and agencies) with positive influenceRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required• At least three years of experience in a related field• Prior experience managing associates• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong supervisory and leadership skills• Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets• Understanding of principles/methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwarePowered by JazzHRR9d6qHv45o
