What you will do:
- Customer segmentation to ensure effective targetting across product suite
- Developing content for product based sales efforts (e.g., banner ads, suppliers sales website, Pendo)
- Executing weekly email campaigns to new suppliers
- Building sales collateral and enablement materials for the sales team
- Building launch and marketing material for new products (e.g., Advanced Portal, Premium Support)
- Manage marketing tools used by the team (e.g., SFDC, Iterable)
- Run marketing efforts to ensure retention and reduce churn
What you will bring to Coupa:
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing new marketing strategies and programs for B2B or B2C marketplaces
- Proven inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement and reporting experience
- Experience across all marketing channels and able to manage and optimize marketing budgets across tactics
- Always up to date with the latest trends around demand generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Disciplined, self-starter and able to work with limited supervision
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload to achieve required timescales
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:
- Based in California, Bay Area: $117,300 - $138,000
- Based in Colorado: $103,700 - $122,000
- Based in New Jersey: $111,350 - $131,000
- Based in New York: $111,350 - $131,000
- Based in Washington: $103,700 - $122,000
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
