Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily purchasing operations, including order entry, invoice processing, and supplier communication
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage product data in procurement systems
Track shipments, follow up with vendors, and resolve delivery or quality issues
Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier compliance documentation
Collaborate with warehouse, accounting, and project teams to ensure smooth operations
Generate reports and assist with cost analysis and product forecasting
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and purchasing/inventory systems
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience in construction, building materials, or manufacturing industries is a plus
