UX Design Manager

Principal Product Designer Our notable client is hiring a Principal Product Designer to join their growing team, full-time. This will be fully remote, or hybrid in the Denver area, and you can be based anywhere in the U.S. to be considered.ResponsibilitiesTransform business needs, research, data, and other user insights into innovative concepts that solve user needs.Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from initial requirements from concept, interaction design, and development.Craft and direct the creation of core deliverables and artifacts (sitemaps, audits, process flows, design systems, high-fidelity mockups, etc.).Work with project management to create digital experiences on time and on budget.Identify and lead in building out design standards and patterns, style guides, and frameworks for our design systems.Provide mentorship and coaching to grow the team of well-balanced product designers across various skill sets.QualificationsYour portfolio must include recent work that showcases sharp design, color theory knowledge, typography skills, and high-fidelity mock-ups.Must be proficient in Figma to be considered.7+ years of user experience/product design experience for software, web applications, and mobile devices.Experience building relationships and working optimally with diverse, cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving skills with familiarity with technical constraints and limitations when designing for platforms.Experience in a highly agile/scrum environment.Ability to lead design teams while maintaining responsibilities as an individual contributor.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience identifying customer insights through user research and discovery activities.Strong understanding of Responsive web, iOS, and Android capabilities.Experience working with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.#J-18808-Ljbffr
