About The Position

We are seeking a self-driven Creative Coordinator to support the production aspect of our client services. This role's central focus is to research various content libraries of Television, Film, and Digital video to source clips and scenes for distribution onto the YouTube platform. This role will work cross functionally with the Production, Channel Management, and Strategy teams to execute digital video content for client owned channels. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and have strong research and insights skills.

This position will be operating remotely, and report directly into the Post-Producer.

Key Responsibilities

• Research Television, Film, and digital content libraries to source clips, scenes and
• compilations for YouTube distribution.
• Manage programming calendars and spreadsheet databases with channel managers
• and creative editors.
• Work closely with Creative and Strategy teams to brainstorm and ideate video concepts and channel strategies.
• Compiling time codes for clips, shorts, and compilation creation.
• Maintaining documents that track videos across our clients projects.
• Updating and tracking project status in Notion.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with YouTube and/or Social Media channels.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and be detail oriented.
• Prior experience with Notion, Airtable, or similar project management software.
• Must be a self-starter with a strong ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Is enthusiastic about pop culture/media from kid’s content to beloved films of all eras, as well as television and digital programs
• BA/BS preferred.
