As the Creator Network Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and driving the success of Creator Network projects. You will work closely with content Creators, Changemakers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and flawless execution of campaigns, initiatives, and cultural content. Your expertise in social media platforms, understanding of the Creator space, and passion for culture will help us stay ahead of trends, amplify our impact, and maintain a thriving community.
The Arena Group’s expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $80,000 - $95,000. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group’s total compensation and benefits available to its employees.

What You’ll DO:
- Cultural Content Calendar: Curate and manage the cultural content calendar, ensuring it aligns with our brand's vision and upcoming campaigns. This involves identifying relevant cultural moments, events, and trends to leverage in our Creator Network projects.
- Creator Network Job Requests: Handle incoming job requests from our Creator Network, assessing their alignment with our brand and campaign objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
- Project Oversight: Monitor the status of active Creator Network projects, identifying potential roadblocks, and coordinating with teams to resolve issues promptly. Proactively drive project progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards for project deliverables, ensuring they meet established requirements and align with our brand's guidelines and values.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, external Creators, and Changemakers. Foster a positive and productive working relationship with all stakeholders involved in projects.
- Social Media Fluency: Stay up-to-date with social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, to identify emerging trends and opportunities for content amplification and engagement.
- Creator Space Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Creator space, including knowledge of influential content Creators and Changemakers. Stay informed about industry developments and trends.
- Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research on data and trends related to culture, content creation, and social media to inform decision-making and guide content strategies.
- Internal Newsletter: Develop and manage a weekly culture and trends newsletter, sharing key insights and relevant information with internal stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.
- Content and Creative Brainstorming: Participate actively in content and creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative concepts to enhance our campaigns and initiatives.
What You’ll BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the influencer marketing, media, or content creation industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, and their role in content distribution and engagement.
- Familiarity with the Creator space and a keen eye for identifying emerging content Creators and Changemakers.
- Passion for culture, breaking news, and staying ahead of trends in the content creation landscape.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and interpret data to drive strategy.
- Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
