We are licensed at 65+ campuses, including Yale, Brown, Vanderbilt, Michigan, NYU, and Georgetown.  We are growing rapidly and recently raised our first financing round to support our growth. As we continue expanding, we’re seeking someone to maintain momentum at our established campuses and help launch new ones by creating viral organic content, strategically repurposing existing assets, and effectively managing our paid advertising and overall marketing spend.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, shareable content that captures authentic brand moments, leveraging user-generated content and working closely with campus partners to maximize organic reach and vitality.
  • Performance Analytics: Regularly analyze campaign metrics, providing detailed reports on KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition.
  • Paid Media Management:
    • Drive Meta advertising strategy and execution, including creative development, audience targeting, A/B testing, budget optimization, and performance analytics.
    • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns from conception to implementation, managing keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization to compete effectively in the marketplace.
  • Paid Media Design: Collaborate closely with our design team to create engaging digital assets, including display ads, landing pages, and social media visuals that reflect Crew Dog’s unique brand identity.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Work closely with the email marketing, sales, and campus growth teams to create cohesive campaigns that reinforce Crew Dog’s messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with hands-on knowledge of either Facebook or Google ads, ideally in an SMB setting.
  • Prior experience in social media management, content creation, and digital storytelling, ideally within consumer-focused brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking and vision for marketing campaigns, emphasizing creativity and brand-building more than technical expertise alone.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and media sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within remote teams.
  • Preferred proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Dall-E, Gemini, and emerging AI marketing tools).
