We are licensed at 65+ campuses, including Yale, Brown, Vanderbilt, Michigan, NYU, and Georgetown. We are growing rapidly and recently raised our first financing round to support our growth. We are looking for a sales director to reach more retail stores and drive campus sales growth as we expand to more schools. The role is as follows:

Crew Dog is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Director of Sales to help elevate our collegiate apparel brand even further. At Crew Dog, we’re redefining collegiate wear with our high-quality, stylish, and mascot-inspired apparel that's making waves across universities nationwide. As a Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach to both retail stores and campus organizations. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and possess a knack for building relationships with clients, this could be the perfect role for you! Your day-to-day activities will include developing partnerships with college bookstores, driving sales growth through student organizations, and collaborating with our marketing team to create tailored sales strategies. You’ll be working remotely, but that won’t limit your impact—in fact, your adaptability and proactive approach will shine as you connect with customers and manage your pipeline to ensure satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or apparel, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to hit the road occasionally to meet our incredible partners.
