Our compensation package for Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists ranges from $80,000 to $107,000, depending on productivity and experience. This W2 employed position also offers uncapped earning potential, along with a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, including a 401K with a 4% match, and options for CEUs.
