1+ year work experience in a customer-facing role, SaaS preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to various communication styles
Strong team player and self-starter

Responsibilities

Master understanding of GlossGenius product
Work with customers to deliver value through effective responses
Deliver best-in-class, personalized support
Collaborate with the team to meet company goals
Identify areas for improvement in resources
