The Role
We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive with a deep understanding of B2B marketing and extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (MDM). In this role, you will be responsible for executing CRM strategies, optimising email deliverability, managing marketing automation, and nurturing sales pipelines. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximise the potential of our CRM, ensuring seamless end-to-end management of the customer journey from lead to conversion.
