This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking to advance their careers in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role and achieve your CPA certification if not already certified.Key Responsibilities• Prepare and analyze financial statements• Complete tax returns and assist with tax planning• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance• Maintain internal controls and identify areas for improvement• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues• Assist with budgeting and forecasting• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure complianceQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field• CPA certification preferred• 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related role, with significant tax preparation experience• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax laws• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong organization and time management abilities• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal• Experience with accounting software and tax preparation software preferredJoin our team and take the next step in your accounting career with a firm that values your growth and well-being.
