As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate, resourceful, and tech-savvy Community Manager to join our team and help our customers shine on the platform. This isn’t your average admin role—we’re looking for someone who’s curious, creative, and excited about using AI tools like ChatGPT to make our client's profiles look amazing.
What You’ll Do
✅ Be the welcoming face for new Kannect users—help them feel supported, seen, and set up for success.
✅ Research client organizations through websites, LinkedIn, and social media to understand their mission, brand, and voice.
✅ Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance client profiles, write compelling bios, descriptions, and help organize their content and messaging.
✅ Build and maintain organization profiles on Kannect, including uploading events, membership plans, community groups, and articles.
✅ Keep existing accounts fresh, accurate, and engaging by periodically checking for new updates.
✅ Collaborate with our team to suggest ways to improve onboarding, increase engagement, and support our growing user base.
✅ Help shape the future of community engagement by being an internal advocate for our users.
What We’re Looking For
✔ A proactive, self-motivated communicator who’s comfortable working independently.
✔ Proficient in English with strong speaking, writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and a love for storytelling.
✔ Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or a strong willingness to learn and experiment with them.
✔ Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously without losing focus or quality.
✔ Comfortable navigating digital platforms, client websites, and social media.
✔ You understand community, engagement, and how to make things look and sound great.
✔ Bonus: Previous experience in SaaS, tech startups, marketing, or community management.
