Copywriter

Dandy is transforming the massive ($200B) but antiquated dental industry. Backed by some of the world's leading venture capital investors, we are on an ambitious mission to integrate and simplify every function of the dental practice through technology. By building the operating system for every dental office in America, Dandy is empowering dentists with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practice, their people, and their patients.

About the role: We are seeking a Copywriter to join our in-house creative team and play an integral role in supporting our Brand and Growth marketing initiatives. This role will help drive Dandy’s content marketing strategy and brand voice across a wide breadth of channels including paid and organic social, video, landing pages, live events, direct mail, public relations and more. We’re looking for someone with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of performance marketing and B2B content best practices.


What You’ll Do

  • Go-to Copywriter for performance marketing channels including:

    • Paid and organic social media

    • Short and long-form video scripts

    • Landing pages

    • Email 

    • Direct mail

    • Gated content

    • SEO articles

  • Brand Voice:

    • Support the marketing team as the lead copywriter, providing brand voice strategy and guidance. 

  • Content Management:

    • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product and Customer marketing to develop and execute content marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and expansion efforts. 

    • Analyze content performance and adjust strategy accordingly. 

    • Brief, manage and edit freelance copywriter deliverables.

  • Social Media Content:

    • Drive Dandy’s organic social media strategy and create and post content.

  • Public Relations & Content Partnerships:

    • Write press releases and partner with external publications as needed to drive awareness and champion the Dandy brand. 


What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing and copywriting in a B2B or B2C performance marketing organization or agency setting. 

  • Proven track record of creating compelling content and copy that drives engagement and conversion. 

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.

  • Interpersonal with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to storytelling and generate innovative ideas. 

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to execute multiple projects at once. 

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline content creation and optimization processes.

  • General knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. 


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a B2B or B2C high-growth start-up environment.

  • Experience working within video production. 

  • Understanding of PR principles and best practices.
