The SVP of Sales will be responsible for spearheading the overall sales efforts and strategies across all of Dane Street’s commercial services. This role requires a dynamic leader who can leverage their extensive sales and industry experience to expand our market presence, achieve revenue growth goals, and build strong client relationships. The SVP of Sales will collaborate with the executive leadership team to align sales objectives with company goals and cultivate a high performing sales culture.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s Degree is required with 10+ years experience in related fields and business environments.
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
● Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership within the Insurance Services space.
Experience selling to Claim and Managed Care executives with national contacts and
relationships is preferred. Direct experience with IME and Peer Review services and the Workers’
Compensation and Auto markets is a plus.
● Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and scaling sales teams and achieving revenue
growth.
● Requires the ability to understand changing market dynamics and have the ability to translate
them into actionable strategies.
JOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make strategic
decisions.
● Proven experience in managing national and local sales teams
● Demonstrated success in selling to clients in virtual settings
● Proficiency in maximizing the Salesforce CRM platform and other sales tools
● Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

computer work.
