You'll also support our Senior Business Analysts in engaging with functional leads, helping transform ideas into executable requirements. Beyond documentation, you will assist in managing ongoing IT projects and help create training materials for end-users, facilitating their adoption of new systems. Your ability to monitor project timelines and deliverables will be crucial in delivering quality outputs efficiently. By preparing progress reports and presentations, you’ll showcase your ability to communicate effectively about our projects' statuses. With your background in business analysis and project management, plus your knack for problem-solving and communication, you’ll thrive in this collaborative environment.
