Advanced AI Programmer – Digital Sales Agent Development
ASC is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Advanced AI Programmer to lead the development of an AI Digital Agent designed to transform the way we engage with potential customers. This intelligent agent will autonomously make sales calls, leave voice messages, send text messages, and follow up via email—all while maintaining a natural and persuasive communication style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy a robust AI-powered digital sales agent capable of:
- Making outbound voice calls with natural-sounding conversational AI.
- Leaving personalized voicemail messages.
- Sending follow-up text messages and emails tailored to prospects.
- Integrate speech synthesis, natural language understanding (NLU), and conversational AI frameworks.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align AI interactions with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with communication laws and best practices (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Test and optimize performance for engagement rates and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, particularly in natural language processing and speech technologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GPT (OpenAI), Gemini, Claude, Deepseek, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or related languages.
- Familiarity with telephony APIs (e.g., Twilio, Vonage) for voice and SMS integration.
- Experience deploying production-ready AI systems.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales automation or CRM integrations.
- Understanding of ethical and legal considerations in AI communications.
- Portfolio of similar AI agent projects or prototypes.
