Job Title – Java Developer
Location – Sunrise, FL (Onsite)
Job Type – W2 Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust, efficient, and scalable Java-based backend solutions using asynchronous and non-blocking paradigms.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices using frameworks like Spring Boot, Reactor, or Vert.x.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-quality software.
- Apply modern programming techniques such as reactive streams, futures/promises, completable futures, and message-driven architectures.
- Optimize application performance through asynchronous processing and event-driven design.
- Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure code quality and stability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and multi-threading in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Reactive frameworks (e.g., Project Reactor, RxJava, Akka, Vert.x).
- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
- Familiarity with asynchronous APIs and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with tools like Maven/Gradle, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
