We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Operations Leader to join our team in New York. In this role, you will work closely with Revenue Leadership to shape and execute our revenue strategy, streamline process across sales, success, marketing and support, and ensure alignment across all departments. You will be instrumental in guiding the company’s annual planning, delivering key business insights and reports, designing compensation structures, planning sales and customer success coverage, and assessing the tech stack to drive operational efficiencies through the revenue organization and DataSnipper as a whole where applicable. This position involves leading cross-functional projects from concept through analysis and providing actionable recommendations across the revenue organization with a roadmap to deliver.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about using data to drive decisions and has a proven history of building out revenue operations functions with top talent to support sustained and efficient growth.

What you will do:
Strategy & Leadership
Oversee revenue operations deliverables, including forecasting, health reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
Own the design and execution of quotas, territory structures, pipeline organization, sales processes, and KPIs across the entire revenue cycle—from pre-sale to post-sale.
Cross-functional Alignment
Collaborate closely with internal and cross-functional GTM teams to optimize and streamline operational processes.
Drive accountability for process adherence and ensure effective execution of plans with cross-functional revenue teams.
Foster alignment and propel cross-departmental initiatives forward by working with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, support, and product teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Own the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights on revenue performance
Prepare and present regular updates to the executive leadership team on revenue performance, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Proven experience in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a SaaS or similar high-growth environment.
Strong analytical skills with deep expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, BI tools, and other key technologies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and departments.
